Carpet Cleaner does not ask for your name, email, or any account. The game itself works offline. The only data leaving your device comes from the advertising and purchase services described below.
The free version shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and basic usage data such as which ads were shown. We do not receive your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location. Google's handling of this data is described in its Privacy & Terms.
On first launch the app asks, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised.
Buying Remove Ads stops all ad requests permanently.
Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Your saved carpets, job count and settings are stored locally on the device and removed when you delete the app.
This app is rated 4+ on the App Store because it contains no violence, no mature themes and no user-generated content.
The 4+ rating describes the content only. The app is not designed or directed at children, it is not part of Apple's Kids Category, and it does not take part in any child-directed advertising programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
Because the free version is supported by advertising, parents who would prefer that no advertising data is requested at all can use the one-time Remove Ads purchase, which stops every ad request permanently, or decline the tracking prompt so that only non-personalised ads are shown.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
You can reset or clear your advertising identifier at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising on your device. Deleting the app removes everything stored locally.
Questions can be sent to the developer through the app's support page on the App Store.
