- I paid to remove ads, but ads are still showing.
- Open the game and tap Restore Purchases on the shop screen. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that bought them, so make sure that account is the one signed in on the device. If ads still appear after a restore, email me with the date of purchase and I will sort it out.
- How do I remove the ads?
- A one-time in-app purchase stops all ad requests permanently, on every device signed in to the same Apple Account. There is no subscription.
- I lost my progress after reinstalling.
- Your best score, unlocked zones and relic collection are saved on the device itself, not on a server, so deleting the app deletes them. Your ad-free purchase survives — restore it as described above.
- Do I need an account or an internet connection?
- No account, ever. The game plays fully offline; a connection is only used to fetch ads and to complete a purchase.
- How do I change the language?
- The game follows your iPhone's language on first launch and supports English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish and French. You can switch it any time from the title screen settings.
- A dive zone is locked.
- Each zone opens once you score 650 or more in the one before it. Score comes from a soft landing, a clean sweep with the detector, accurate trim on the lift bags, and a controlled ascent — a rushed dive rarely clears the bar.
- I keep running out of air.
- Air burns for as long as you are down there, so speed on the descent is worth more than a perfect line. Hold the slider steady rather than correcting constantly, and take the landing pad at cruise speed — a hard landing costs both hull and time.
- Can I turn off the haptics?
- Yes — haptics are a toggle in the title screen settings, and the game is fully playable with them off.
- I want a refund.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If the reason was something broken in the game, please also tell me what it was.
- How do I delete my data?
- Delete the app. Everything the game stores — best score, unlocked zones, relics, language and haptics settings — lives on your device and goes with it.
